A. Job Title: Graphics Designer (Remote)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our team at Thrive Dynamics. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our clients’ brand messages, engage target audiences, and drive campaign success. You will work closely with our marketing teams to develop and execute creative designs for various marketing and PR materials across digital and traditional platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements, goals, and audience profiles.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with clients’ brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Create visually compelling designs for a wide range of marketing and PR materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, websites, email campaigns, infographics, brochures, banners, logos, and other visual assets.
- Apply industry-standard design principles and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Utilize various design software applications, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to produce professional graphics.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve design skills and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other creative team members to ensure consistent visual messaging and brand cohesion across all campaigns and materials.
- Present design concepts and opinion effectively, providing constructive feedback in a professional manner.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance clients’ marketing and PR strategies.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and delivering high-quality work.
Qualifications:
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating proficiency in graphic design principles, visual storytelling, and creativity.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Capcut, After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

B. Job Title: Digital Media Assistant Intern (Remote)
Job Summary:
The Digital Media Assistant Intern will support the marketing team at Thrive Dynamics in implementing and optimizing digital media campaigns for clients. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience working on various aspects of digital media, including social media management, content creation, analytics, and campaign performance tracking. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in digital marketing, learn about data-driven strategies, and contribute to the success of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and executing digital media strategies, including social media campaigns, display advertising, and search engine advertising.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual and written content for digital platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, customer behavior, and trends to contribute to the development of effective marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and manage social media channels for clients, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Assist in managing digital advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and monitoring performance.
- Support the implementation of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and content development.
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance data, generating reports, and providing recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital media, social media, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of digital media initiatives.
- Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the marketing team to support overall digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduate or individual currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communication, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital media platforms, including social media, display advertising, and search engine advertising.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and email marketing platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
